What I'm thinking right Now

Health Protocol

At the minute I'm letting my bedtime be dictated by my Whoop, at the time of writing this my 6 month average sleep score is 84%. Looking to see if we can break average of 90%!

I currently use the Classpass app to go to at least 2 fitness classes a week. At the minute I'm doing a lot of reformer pilates and HIIT, I really like the ones that really work up a sweat like Barrys. Sometimes I go for a run in the morning before work and I like to get a dumbbell session in at home on the weekends.

I am having a lot of Huel at the moment, it's all vegan which I like and it's a nice balance of tracking calories without having to calculate the calorific content of whatever ingredient I am using that day. My favourate drink flavour is caramel iced coffee and for the bars it's the peanut caramel ones.

My skincare routine currently is:

AM:

  • Cleanse with Byoma milky cleanser
  • Moisturise with Kiehls ultra facial cream

PM:

  • Cleanse with Byoma milky cleanser
  • Alternate nightly between:
    • The Ordinary 1% Retinol
    • Paula's choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant
  • Moisturise with Kiehls ultra facial cream
  • Apply Byoma liptide mask

I live in Stockport and work in Manchester, both in the sunny north west of England.
